AICB Open Tender for Publishers for Study Text Review and Updates 2024/25

Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) would like to invite qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies that fulfill the following requirements will be considered:

1. Must be companies registered in Malaysia. The tenderer is required to submit the company registration certificate with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
2. Minimum 5 years experience in the publishing industry. The tenderer is required to submit the company registration certificate with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
3. Have experience in producing banking and finance-related articles or publications. Tenderer to submit proof of projects undertaken (on-going / completed).
4. No litigation has been instituted against the tenderer at the point of submission. A declaration letter from the tenderer to be submitted as a supporting document.
5. Positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years. The tenderer is required to submit the latest 3 years of audited financial statements. To qualify, tenderers must achieve a positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years.

 Request for Proposal (RFP) Document

• The RFP document will be issued to interested parties upon submission of the following appendices which can be downloaded below:
  • Appendix 1 – RFP Acknowledgement Form
  • Appendix 2 – Conflict of Interest Declaration Form
  • Appendix 3 – Declaration of Compliance with ABC Policy
  • Appendix 4 – Confidentiality Undertaking Letter

 Note:

AICB reserves the right to extend the tender submission deadline by one week if we do not receive sufficient proposals by the original closing date. If the deadline is extended, all tenderers will be given the same extension of time to participate in the tender process.
