STF Resources Sdn Bhd (STFR) would like to invite qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.
Mandatory Requirements
Only companies that fulfil the following requirements will be considered:
- Proof of Malaysian Company Registration. Tenderers must submit Certificate of Incorporation (Form 8, Form 9 or Superform (Section 14)).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Telecommunication. Tenderer to submit proof of projects undertaken (on-going / completed). Tenderer is required to submit the company registration certificate with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
- Not utilising Telekom Malaysia as the last-mile connectivity provider to the AICB Building.
- Positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years. Tenderer is required to submit the latest 3 years of audited financial statements. To qualify, tenderers must achieve a positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Document
The RFP document will be issued to interested parties upon submission of the following appendices which can be downloaded at:
- Appendix B – RFP Acknowledgement Form
- Appendix D – Conflict of Interest Declaration Form
- Appendix L – Conditions of the Proposals
Note:
“STFR reserves the right to extend the tender submission deadline by one week if we do not receive sufficient proposals by the original closing date. If the deadline is extended, all tenderers will be given the same extension of time to participate in the tender process.”
