Request for Proposal (RFP) Document Issuance
The RFP document will be issued to interested parties via the tender@stfresources.com after submission of the required appendices.
Mandatory Requirements
Only companies which fulfil the following requirements will be considered:
1. Malaysian Registered Company / Business. (SSM)
2. Company has at least 5 years’ experience in providing general cleaning services for corporate office and training center.
3. Registered with MOF (Cleaning code: 221001)
4. Positive net worth for 2 financial years based on audited financial statement in the latest 3 financial years.
5. Must appoint at least one (1) dedicated OSH Coordinator for the contract. (Respondents are to list all OSH Coordinators at their other sites. For this project, an undertaking letter to appoint a dedicated OSH Coordinator upon award must be included in your mandatory submission).
