The Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) is pleased to invite qualified and experienced event management agencies to participate in the above tender.
Mandatory Requirements
Only companies that fulfil the following requirements will be considered:
- Must be a company registered in Malaysia.
- Must have at least five (5) years of proven experience in event management.
- Must agree to assign all the Intellectual Property (IP) rights of event deliverables to AICB.
- Must not be involved in any on-going or past litigation proceedings.
- Must submit audited financial statements for the latest three (3) financial years. To qualify, companies must demonstrate a positive net worth in at least two (2) out of the last three (3) financial years.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Document
The RFP document will be made available to interested parties upon submission of the following completed appendices:
- Appendix A – RFP Acknowledgement Form
- Appendix B – Conflict of Interest Declaration Form
- Appendix C – Declaration of Compliance with Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
- Appendix D – Confidentiality Undertaking Letter
