Open Tender for Development of Interactive e-Learning Materials

Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) would like to invite qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies that fulfil the following requirements will be considered:

1. Must be companies registered in Malaysia. Tenderer is required to submit the company registration certificate with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
2. Minimum five (5) years’ experiences in the educational technology (Ed Tech) industry.
3. No litigation has been instituted against the tenderer at the point of submission. A declaration letter from the tenderer to be submitted as a supporting document.
4. Submit the audited financial statements of the latest three (3) financial years. To qualify, tenderers must achieve positive net worth for at least two (2) out of the last three (3) financial years.

• The RFP document will be issued to interested parties upon submission of the following appendices which can be downloaded below:
  • Appendix 1 – RFP Acknowledgement Form
  • Appendix 2 – Conflict of Interest Declaration Form
  • Appendix 3 – Declaration of Compliance with ABC Policy
  • Appendix 4 – Confidentiality Undertaking Letter
