Request for Quotation: Security Consultancy Services for Bangunan AICB

STF Resources Sdn Bhd (STFR) invites qualified Security Consulting Companies to submit a proposal for the following services for Bangunan AICB, No. 10, Jalan Dato’ Onn, 50480 Kuala Lumpur:

• Security Threat & Risk Assessment (including pandemic prevention)
• Security Assessment Report & Proposal for Security Improvements
• Review of Security SOPs, Governance and Organisation Structure
• Project Management (including tender preparation & evaluation)

 

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies which fulfil the following requirements will be considered:

1	The company has minimum 5 years’ experience in security consultancy/ management	Company Certificate of Incorporation Company Profile
2	The lead consultant nominated for the project has: minimum 15 years’ experience in the security industry provided security consultancy services for at least 3 security installation or improvement projects (valued RM500k or above) in the last 5 years	Lead consultant’s CV Lead consultant’s list of projects for the past 5 years The list must include the year, project name & description, client name, location, overall project value and consultancy fee value (in RM)
3	The company has positive net worth for any 2 financial years in the past 3 years	Audited Financial Statements for the past 3 years
4	No litigation or dispute has been instituted against the company by its clients	Letter of declaration or CTOS report

Pre-Qualification Documents Submission

 

Interested companies are invited to submit the above pre-qualification documents via email to the Project Management Division at project@stfresources.com no later than 8 September 2020 (Tuesday), 3.00 p.m.

 

Issuance of RFQ Document

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) document outlining the project background, objectives and detailed requirements will be emailed to the successful pre-qualified companies on 9 September 2020 (Wednesday).

 

Briefing & Site Visit (Not Mandatory)

A briefing and site visit will be conducted on 14 September 2020 (Monday), 3.00 p.m. at AICB Building, No. 10, Jalan Dato’ Onn, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.

• Only two (2) attendees are allowed to attend; and
• All attendees must provide results of Covid-19 test

Attendance to the site visit is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. If you wish to attend the site visit, please submit the attendees’ details and Covid-19 test result via email to the Project Management Division at project@stfresources.com no later than 9 September 2020 (Wednesday), 6.00 p.m.

Submission of Proposal

The closing date and time for the submission of the proposal is 23 September 2020 (Wednesday), 3.00 p.m.
