Open Tender for Supply, Implementation, Maintenance and Support Services for Check-in System AICB Building

STF Resources Sdn Bhd (STFR) invites qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies which fulfil the following requirements will be considered:

  1. Malaysian Registered Company
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure related business
  3. Positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years (based on audited financial statements)

Tender Document Request

The tender document will be issued via e-mail tender@stfresources.com from 15 October 2021 to 29 October 2021 to the interested party after submission of the “RFP Acknowledgement Form” (Appendix M), the “Letter of Undertaking of Confidentiality and Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights” (Appendix D), and the “Declaration of Interests” (Appendix L).

Interested tenderer(s) shall return the duly completed “RFP Acknowledgement Form” (Appendix M), the “Letter of Undertaking of Confidentiality and Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights” (Appendix D), and the “Declaration of Interests” (Appendix L) documents and email them to: tender@stfresources.com the soonest possible or at the latest by 29 October 2021.            

The tender closing date is 8 November 2021 at 3pm.
